Mercy Hospital is a location in Left 4 Dead and is where the Survivors must head to in the first campaign, No Mercy.

During the first campaign, No Mercy, the Survivors must head to Mercy Hospital in order to be picked up by a news chopper. Chapters 4 and 5 take place at the hospital. The former of which has the Survivors moving through its interior in an attempt to reach the roof, and the latter takes place on the roof as the Survivors put up a last stand against the Infected while waiting for the helicopter.
