interesting list as always rorie , i oddly enjoy the mixed media take on it even tho i have no interest in alot of these due to personal tastes. i hope the coming year goes smoother for you behind the scenes here cause damn if it doesn't sound like it must've been even rougher for you in the back vs how it looks up front which was admittedly a bit rough .. still hes to a brighter future hopefully ....and some heavy hitters this yr in the gaming space , ..seriously depending on possible delays 2023 looks Packed!
great list grubb , taste is definitely always a thing when it comes to these lists but i must say this is a solid one which great reasonings behind them. welcoming officially once again to GB , i look forward to seeing more of you around here in the future , you've been a great addition to the site with the liveliness you've brought to previously dwindling video content as well.
5 years! in some ways it feels like more in others it feels like less, either way your one of the brightest lights on the site these days, good list jan , also Citizen Sleeper is also my number 2 for similar reasons ...damn games n the feels.

those are the exact same reasons i have VS as my #1 as well dispite the fact i was originally going to just ignore it . honestly it might be the best 3 bucks i spent all year ... 5 if you count dlc. great list dan , alot of other games on here were just shy of my top 10 but they're all solid games.

@allthedinos: yeah those are the reasons why its so high on my list , it was just so well done,... i have not tried the dlc , played it on gamepass n assumed it wasn't included with dlc when it came out , honestly i felt like my sleeper had a good closed arc tho and i'm not sure howe the dlc is handled if its pre or post game n such.
@beardduder: yeah its super addictive, to the point i've looked for similar games for podcast games now that i've 100%ed it ( dlc included). its weird to think how i was just gonna ignore it due to the simple graphics n looking sorta like a bullet hell , the pics/trailer just never did it justice, i honestly wouldn't have tried it if not for gamepass but after an hour i had to put money to it since it was so cheap lol
gotta say i might nt have cared for forkin' but outside of that windbag seems like a cool dude .. also that sandwhich sounds pretty good even tho i don't like runny eggs.
