I voted "On occasion," though the reality is it's far, far less than I did when I was younger. There are still a few "comfort food" games that I'll go back to, that are nostalgic for me personally because of where I was at in my life when I originally played them. Mostly I find myself playing these when there's nothing new out in my favorite genres, or when I get frustrated and rage-quit a newer game.
Some of those are: The Legend of the Dragoon (~8 runs), Final Fantasy Tactics (all of them, but mostly the original, like 7 runs), and the original Mass Effect trilogy (particularly ME1, I must have like 10 runs of that one). I've also got 500+ hours in Fallout New Vegas and nearly 600 in Civ VI, but that's not so much replaying as continually returning to.
As I've gotten less time, I've really started questioning the value of spending my limited gaming time on stuff I've already seen dozens of times before, and pushing myself toward new experiences. It's still a strong pull, though, to just settle in with a game that's like an old friend.
