FMA (either version) and Yu Yu Hacksho are the best animes to me. I like Cowboy Bebop, but it gets overrated IMO, and is often more flash than substance. I like Samurai Champloo more than Bebop (they have the same creator). DBZ started a lot of stuff and I have respect for it, but it's not all that great.

After seeing the trailer a couple more times I kinda get a Daredevil vibe due to the action and his suit, but Fincher + Netflix's Daredevil are both things I like a lot.

I would like a Batman movie series where superpowers are back - we haven't had them in a Batman movie since the George Clooney days. I'd like to see Freeze, Poison Ivy, Clayface, etc.

I can't say I was shocked given his photos this summer, it looked like something serious was going on. He was brave and strong to fight it for years. I'm sad he's gone, but I'm glad he's not in pain anymore. He seemed like a great guy and he went on a crazy run of good movies/roles. As black guy myself it was nice to see he succeeded so greatly without playing a thug or something else negatively stereotypical.

I liked it quite a bit as a fantasy RPG. I can't speak on how good it is as a Dragon Age game since it was the first one I played. Surprisingly, the multiplayer was pretty good too, for its genre.

@ry_ry: That's possible, but they do Marvel and DC all the time. Aquaman was in the battle pass like 2 months ago and Deadpool the one before him. This one being all Marvel is unusual.

Fortnite is nice, dumb fun. I play it a couple times a week since it's the only game my GF plays.

I liked the trailer besides the eyeshadow looking a little too emo and like The Crow. As others have said, it feels like a Fincher Batman, which is interesting to me. The song choice was a little too on the nose and cliched, it's like if they chose "Mad World". I do wonder if he kills, hopefully not, but seems like someone could die from the punches he gave that guy.

Looks great, this what I thought most next-gen games would look like.

@eldranth: Launch lineups not being good isn't new, but this one does feel extra odd. We normally would know the prices by now and release dates. We also would've seen the systems earlier, probably last year's E3. The price still being a secret makes me wonder if one or both systems will be a silly price like $600. The launch titles should've been clearly outlined by now. Maybe some of this is on COVID, which is understandable, but this is a weird and underwhelming console generation launch so far.

@squadaloo: Yeah that aspect of Ratchet seems cool. If games don't look much better early into next-gen I at least want them to have a feature like Ratchet's portals, which wouldn't be possible this gen. That's problem I had with most of these next-gen trailers. They don't look much better and they're not doing anything new. I could've gone another year with PS4 Pro and One X if it meant next-gen would really start next holiday.

I see the Series X get a lot of hate or apathy online, I agree with the apathy part, but what has Sony done to sale the PS5 at launch? This isn't a thread to defend MS or Xbox, I think Sony and MS aren't doing a good job at selling next-gen. Halo getting delayed was a big hit for the Xbox, but what is the PS5's AAA launch title?

Maybe it's just what I happen to see online, but I don't agree with the "Sony is killing it, Series X is already dead" sentiment. Based off the presentations so far, I'd rate the Series X a D and PS5 a C-. The UE5 demo is the only thing very impressive I've seen so far for next-gen.
