    Zevran is a member of the assassination group called the Antivan Crows. At a certain point in Dragon Age: Origins, Zevran will ambush The Warden and try to kill him/her and their party. Once defeated, the player can either kill him immediately or tie him up for interrogation. If the player does the latter, they will learn of how he was contracted by Loghain to kill the Grey Wardens, and the player may decide to have Zevran join the party. (He is willing to join since, because he failed his mission, the Antivan Crows would kill him anyway).
