Yoshiteru Tsujino (辻野 芳輝) is a Japanese animator and illustrator that is most well known for creating the character designs for the Tengai Makyou (Franchise) franchise under the name Torajirou Tsujino (辻野 寅次郎). Before working on games, Tsujino worked as an animator at TMS where he provided key animation to productions such as Lupin III: The Fuma Conspiracy.
