Sho was chosen by Takuma Endo (Person) to perform motion capture for the Rikimaru (Character) stealth kills in the original Tenchu game developed by Acquire (Company). Kosugi's numerous ninja movies and television shows of the 1980s were Endo's primary inspiration to create the first true ninja simulator and the first 3D stealth game ever released. His son, Kane Kosugi (Person) provided the kicking motion capture for the Onikage (Character) character in the game.

Trivia

• Sho Kosugi voiced Ultraman (Character) in the Ultraman Powered (Game) show and tie-in game. His son Kane wore the costume and performed the stunts on set. Kosugi's son was also the first actor to portray Ryu Hayabusa (Character) in live-action.
