Scott Kurtz is the writer and artist of the webcomic PvP.

Scott currently works out of the offices of Penny Arcade (Franchise). He is known for being an incredibly nice guy to meet in person and also for his body-mass which is considerable, though not as much as it once was. He regularly attends conventions such as ComicCon, the Penny Arcade Expo and PAXEast. It was at PAXEast 2010 where he hosted his own panel called "An Evening with Scott Kurtz". The artist showed up acting slightly-intoxicated and spoke to large audience from 10:30pm until nearly 1am, when he almost invited the crowd out for drinks until Robert Khoo (Person) informed him that he'd better not as he had a lot of work to do the following morning..
