While studying to be a brain surgeon, Bruce is perhaps best known for his five year long run of Tom vs Bruce in Computer Gaming World, where Tom Chick and Bruce would each play the other in a strategy game, and would write an article on the game, typically alternate paragraphs, each describing what they think the other player is doing.
Post Brain Surgeon Career
After starting his career Bruce has become a regular guest of the podcast Three Moves Ahead started by Troy Goodfellow. Bruce has also written articles for The Escapist under the pseudonym Rich Retractor
