Overview

The forth weapons line of the KARASAWA, the WH04HL is the lightest model but the weakest of all KARASAWA weapons. The model had only 30 shots and deals 1400 damage in Nexus, but was rebalanced in Ninebreaker and Last Raven, with 40 shots and 1440 damage. As for being the weakest and lightest KARASAWA, the WH04HL can be equipped on both arms of the AC.
