Though not confirmed in the game, "Topsicles" are possibly frozen tofu popsicles. They are a good alternative for vegans since they are dairy free. It's also possible that "Topsicles" are simply a reference to "Popsicles," and that they chose the different name, because "Popsicle" is trademarked. A typical topsicle recipe consists of silken tofu, fruit, and fruit juice. The ingredients are blended together until smooth, sweetened to taste, and poured in a popsicle mold to freeze.
