A radio for the Soldier that reduces damage.
This item works similar to the Buff Banner, except it's a defensive item rather than an offensive item. It replaces the shotgun in the secondary slot. The rage meter fills as you take damage from opponents. It take 175 damage to fill the rage meter. Once you activate the Backup, you and allies in range will take 35% less damage from enemy attacks and will not take extra damage from Critical hits or Mini-critical hits. The effect of the Backup lasts for 10 seconds or until you die.
