A tool used for the consumption of Skooma.

An instrument to smoke Skooma (Object). Skooma is the equivalent to crack/cocaine in The Elder Scrolls (Franchise) series of games. There is mention of it in previous games in the series, but the drug itself is first introduced to the player in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Once moon sugar - an indigenous spice to the Khajiit (Concept) province of Elsweyr (Location) - is properly cultivated, this illegal narcotic is produced. While Skooma can be consumed in its raw form, in The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind it is more commonly smoked via Skooma pipes. The drug is also found in the next installment of the series, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
