The Pocket Purrer is a cosmetic item for the Engineer (Character) class in Team Fortress 2 (Game). It resembles a black (by default) kitten with large eyes poking its head out of the Engineer's belt holster. It can be painted with the consumable paint item to change the color of the kitten's fur. This item was contributed to the game via the Steam Workshop (Concept).
