The M-3 Predator is the default heavy pistol in Mass Effect 2. It is available to the player as soon as they start the game.

==Stats == The M-3 Predator has a 60 rounds, and 12 rounds per clip. Through player driven tests, It has been determined that it has a a base DPS of 58 damage per second. According to an official post on the Bioware forums. it does 1.5 extra damage to armor. This makes it an effective weapon during missions against enemies who have high armor (such as Krogans).
