The Luck bobblehead will be sitting on of the middle shelves inside the basement of Arlington House in Arlington Cemetery.
Fallout 4
Inside of the half-sunken ship on the south side of Spectacle Island, the bobblehead will be found on the top shelf of the open locker n the second floor.
