Overview
Kiwi, or kiwifruits, are a type of berry with a green or gold flesh, and a tough, brown outer skin. Although native to China, today the largest producers are Italy, New Zealand, and Chile. Kiwis are named after the kiwi bird, a small, brown, flightless bird native to New Zealand.
