Kellogg's Pistol is a unique .44 magnum revolver owned by Conrad Kellogg, a mercenary working for The Institute. Built with immense stopping power, it can kill a human in 1-2 shots. The pistol has the "Relentless" effect, allowing critical strikes in V.A.T.S. to refill the player's Action Points. This is the gun that Kellogg uses to shoot and kill the Sole Survivor (Character)'s spouse during Shaun (Character)'s kidnapping.
