OBJECT

An extremely powerful object in the Elder Scrolls universe, the remnant of a dead god. It can grant immortality, and is the source of the Tribunal's power.

Overview

The object known as the Heart of Lorkhan was, according to legend, taken from the god Lorkhan as punishment for creating Tamriel. It is a key factor in the plot of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, as it fuels the god-like powers of the Tribunal, as well as Dagoth Ur (Character). It is also mentioned several times in literature and quests in both The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, and The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim.
