Gauntlets of the Necromancer
A weapon from the game Heretic. The Gauntlets project a short-range blast of energy when used.
The Gauntlets of the Necromancer are a pair of black, spiked gauntlets that emit a soft green glow. When used, they project a close-range energy blast that looks like green lightning. The Gauntlets are analogous to Doom's chainsaw, and, like the chainsaw, draw the player towards nearby enemies. When enhanced by a Tome of Power, the Gauntlets emit a red aura, have an increased range, and transfer drained health to the player.
