Big Guns Bobblehead in Fallout 3.
The Big Gun Bobblehead is located inside of Fort Constantine's CO Quarters. Inside, there is a protectron in front of the stairs heading down into the basement. In the basement, the bobblehead is standing inside of a safe, alongside a 10mm pistol, ammunition, and the Fort Constantine launch codes.
Fallout 4
Inside of Vault 95, the bobblehead is located in the northern most room in the Living Quarters, sitting on top of a radio.
