Whispering Rock Psychic Summer Camp is self-explanatory: it's a summer camp for budding psychics. Razputin sneaks into the camp in an attempt to receive psychic training and to run away from his father.    Raz can talk to the other campers and buy supplies from the camp store in exchange for arrowheads.

This is one of the two 'hub worlds' the beginning of the game takes place in, up to the kidnapping ofLili Zanotto (Character), at which point the game's focus shifts to Thorney Towers (Location).
