The Dark Portal, from the Warcraft series. A mysterious portal opened by Archmage Medivh, which connects Azeroth to the Orc-homeworld, Draenor (aka Outlands).

The Dark Portal functions as the gateway between Azerothand Draenor, homeworld of the Orcs and Draenei. It was created by the Orc Warlock Gul'danon the Draenor side and the Archmage Medivh (Character)(under Gul'dan's influence) on the Azeroth side. It was eventually destroyed by Khadgar, Medivh's apprentice, but was reopened several years later by Kazzak, an agent of the Burning Legion (Concept). It is currently open and can be used to travel between Azeroth and Outland, the remnants of Draenor.
