Description
Rayingri is a small, barren terrestrial world in the Gagarin System. While is possesses a reasonably temperate climate and number of useful resources, no mining corporation has been willing to risk investment.
A rogue planetoid, named Vahtz by the initial salarian surveyor team, entered the Gagarin system approximately 10,000 years ago and got trapped in a decaying orbit around Rayingri. It is nearing the end of its slow spiral towards the planet, causing increasingly dangerous earthquakes and cyclonic windstorms. The planets will rip reach other apart within a few hundred years, and some Asari travel consortiums have announced cruises to observe the spectacle.
