A school whose motto is "Circulate elite education through the world using culture and sports". Pacific High is located next to the harbor of Aoharu and near a US military base.
The vast majority of its student body is made up of American exchange students who are typically children of high-profile ambassadors, military officers, politicians and so on. Due to this, the student population is small at around 500 enrolled students. The school's dynamic places an emphasis on international cultural exchange and understanding.
