Founded by the Super Mutant, Marcus, Jacobstown is a bastion for Super Mutants and Nightkin in the Mojave Wasteland.

Jacobstown was once a mountain resort that has since been inhabited by Marcus (Character) and a group of Super Mutants. It serves as a secluded town for the Super Mutants to live in without being threatened by humans. Jacobstown is named after a Brotherhood of Steel Paladin, Jacob, that Marcus used to travel with. Marcus uses Jacobstown as a rehabilitation center for Nightkin (Concept) that have become schizophrenic due to the overuse of Stealth Boys.
