Gibraltar was one of Overwatch's main bases of operations during the Omnic Crisis. Currently it's Winston's home and the location of the central database which houses all the information on Overwatch agents. Various character voice lines reference Gibraltar, especially its warm, temperate climate. Reinhart used to prefer being stationed at Gibraltar because it was "great for his tan"
