An insulated city ravaged by bandits and guards with little regard for strangers. It is the central setting for Hokuto Ga Gotoku.

Overview
Unlike most towns in the post-apocalyptic world of Hokuto no Ken, the City of Miracles is heavily supplied by both electricity and water hence its name. Because of this, its citizens have everything they need to survive, they can even grow their own crop. It stands as a shining beacon for rebuilding the world as it was before the last war. And it also means that a lot of foreigners have sought it out, much to the annoyance of its ruler who's build a giant wall to keep outsiders out. Only those with a gate pass are allowed access to Eden.
Sphere City
The source of Eden's power and water supply. The circumstances of its layout are a secret, and it is said to have originated from a time before the war. It is a strict rule not to ask any questions regarding the facility.
