Created by artist Carl Barks in 1944, Duckburg has served as a backdrop for several comics, TV shows, games and films, perhaps the most famous of which is DuckTales. Scrooge McDuck's money bin is usually depicted as being situated at the top of a hill, looking out over the city. The humans that populate this universe are in fact anthropomorphic dogs, like Goofy.
