Adam Fenix's Estate

LOCATION

Adams Fenix’s Estate is the main setting for most of act 4 and is located within the East Barricade Academy. The residence was previously owned by Adam Fenix, the father of Marcus Fenix.

Fenix estate is a two-storey mansion that sits on top of a large hill. Long stairs and multiple fountains lead you up to the top. The estate is in a state of decay from neglect. The house entrance leads to a elegant staircase which itself leads to the second floor. The mansion has multiple rooms and hallways. The basement contains a wine cellar, at the end of which is a bookshelf with a secret laboratory where Marcus Fenix's father worked.
