Casper's friend, the good witch Wendy, gets her own platforming adventure!

Overview

Wendy: Every Witch Way is a cutesy-horror side-scrolling platformer developed by WayForward Technologies (Company) and published by TDK Mediactive for the Game Boy Color (Platform) in North America on August 28, 2001. A spin-off of Casper the Friendly Ghost (Franchise), Wendy: Every Witch Way puts players in control of Wendy the Good Little Witch (Character) as she embarks on an adventure to explore the Moon Stone Castle and retrieve the magical Moon Stones (which she accidentally released after opening a chest in her attic, causing the castle to crash down by her house). While she uses her magic wand to attack enemies, she traverses the castle by using the power of the castle to flip her gravity at-will, similar to Metal Storm (Game) and VVVVVV (Game)). The game also includes bonus side-scrolling shoot-'em-up segments where she rides on her broom and shoots magical attacks with her wand. As with Shantae (Game), The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages, and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons, Wendy: Every Witch Way has special functionality with the Game Boy Advance (Platform), as players can play a bonus series of levels (which make use of new graphical effects).
