We Happy Few is a game from Compulsion Games, makers of Contrast. It is a first-person survival game set in a drug-fuelled, retro-futuristic city in an alternative 1960s England.
Overview
We Happy Few is a first person, stealth and survival adventure game with procedurally generated levels. The game is set in an alternate 1960s England . In the town of Wellington Wells the citizens live in ignorant bliss, as their minds are conditioned with a drug called "Joy", that keeps the inhabitants happy and makes them forget about their problems. The people who are unable to be happy citizens are either violently dealt with by the happy mass or reconditioned to be happy.
