Real-time pausable strategy game which simulates creating a trade empire.
Trade Empires is the spiritual successor to the Imperialism series. Moving from Turn-Based to a pausable RTS, TE concentrates more on creating a trade empire. Time periods from ancient Sumeria to 19th century Europe are playable, as well as locations from the Far East to Europe.
