Barcelona, 1977. Jorge, an ex-policeman who uses a wheelchair, is stuck in his apartment due to a broken elevator. One night, he witnesses a murder, and teams up with ambitious journalist Melinda to find the truth. Equipped with his binoculars, camera and transmitter, he uncovers the mystery set in post-Franco Spain.
