The game was later ported to the PlayStation 2 (Platform) in Japan on April 25, 2002, as part of D3 Publisher's Simple (Franchise) series. This home version, known as Simple 2000 Series Vol. 4: The Double Mahjong Puzzle, adds a special more-difficult variation to each of the game modes (with Gekitoride having harder puzzles with no timer and Jan Space having puzzles where a score threshold must be reached in addition to clearing the board).
