Steins;Gate 8-bit is a spin-off story to the original game done in an 8-bit PC-88 graphical style.
Overview
Steins;Gate: Hen'i Kuukan no Octet (Variant Space Octet) is a non-canonical sequel to the original Steins;Gate that was made to resemble an old 8-bit NEC PC-88 adventure game. The game was developed by GigasDrop. (Company), with supervision from 5pd/Nitroplus (Company), and was published for the PC in Japan on October 24, 2011. An English fan translation patch was created by The Illustrated Timeline on February 25, 2012.
