Overview
Soulash is a fantasy roguelike where the player takes on the role of a forgotten god set on destroying the world.
The games core features are:
- Handcrafted open world with many unique locations above and below ground, like a circus, goblin and dwarf cities, Imperial capital city, temple ruins, caves, alchemist guild, taverns, keeps, and many more.
- Randomized loot system where enemies drop everything they used to fight.
- Character progression with over 80 abilities.
- Crafting based on woodcutting, mining, salvaging, fishing, skinning, and butchering, with quality comparable to loot drops. It allows for the creation of the best items in the game.
- Survival mechanics based on hunger, thirst, stamina, and fatigue.
- Abstract ASCII game graphics that enhance imagination with modern GUI with tooltips to make the game more accessible.
