Shinobido: Tales of the Ninja
Shinobido: Tales of the Ninja is a stealth based ninja game for the PSP. It is known as Shinobido Homura in Japan. There is currently no US release date.
Shinobido Tales is a portable spinoff that is more short challenge mission based like Acquire (Company)'s old Tenchu (Franchise) games. It lacks branching narrative and social reputation from the console version. Another major difference is are over 12 playable characters with different fighting styles and abilities, whereas in the mainline numbered games you can only unlock skins for the player character. After beating the base game the player can finally unlock Zaji the Black Hawk, leader of the Asuka Clan. The European cover art displays this incentive prominently with Zaji gracing its cover art.
