Overview
Quiz Daisousasen: The Last Count Down (loosely translated to "Quiz Big Investigation Line: THE LAST COUNT DOWN") is an arcade quiz game developed and released by SNK for arcades (running Neo Geo MVS hardware) and the Neo Geo AES, both exclusively in Japan, on August 30, 1991. It is the first out of four quiz games released for Neo Geo platforms (and later received a sequel). Along with the standard multiple-choice quiz sections (where questions are scrolled on a ticker instead of being given whole), the game includes four unique quiz types (including one where the player character put themselves further from/into danger by answering correctly/incorrectly). Players control police detectives Neo McDonald (Character) and Geo Kentucky (Character) as they solve multiple incidents throughout the city (while putting themselves in unfortunate situations).
