Pretty Girls Mahjong Solitaire was released on Steam (Concept) for Windows PCs and Macintosh on August 24, 2015. It also saw a Chinese language release of the Windows version for Steam, by Sticky Rice Games (Company) on August 8, 2018 under the name 美少女麻将接龙 (Měi Shàonǚ Májiàng Jēlóng - essentially a direct translation of the name).
