Pax Imperia: Eminent Domain is a 4X real time strategy game.
The game was originally announced in 1995 set to be developed by Changeling Software (Company) (later Heliotrope Studios) and published by Blizzard Entertainment (Company), and is a sequel to the 1992 4X classic Pax Imperia (Game). In 1996, Blizzard sold the rights to THQ (Company) as they felt it would compete with their upcoming title StarCraft (Game).
