Overview
New York Race is a racing game set in the far future. The game is based on the future New York (Location) as seen in the film The Fifth Element. The game includes many characters from the cast of the movie, including some who appeared on screen but did not have names. New York Race allows players to race using 25 different flying vehicles, categorized into 3 classes. The 3 classes are Speeders, Hovercars and Cruisers. Speeders emphasize speed and cruisers emphasize shields, with hovercars occupying the middle ground between them. Players race on 12 different courses in 4 environments around the New York skyline. Vehicles can use weapons to take out opponents during races as well.
