Mohawk & Headphone Jack
GAME » on August 1996
A rock n' roll-themed action game for the SNES.

Overview

Mohawk & Headphone Jack is an action game for the SNES that incorporates elements from games like Sonic the Hedgehog (Franchise) and Uniracers (Game). The player moves across levels collecting CDs while the screen occasionally rotates around them, allowing them to reach different areas of the level. Mohawk, the protagonist, is able to change into different shapes which also aid in the platforming, including a wheel form that lets him move around faster and spring form that lets him jump higher.

Gameplay

The players goal in each level is to collect enough CDs in order to open the next level. There is a CD counter in the top left that tells the player how many CDs they have. The exit appears as an X on the players map and leads to the next level when found. Different CDs are worth different amounts of points. CDs also unlock soundtracks to listen to.
