Maze Action, known in Japan as Simple 2000 Series Ultimate Vol. 8: Gekitou! Meiro King, is a third-person maze action game published by D3Publisher for the PlayStation 2 (Platform) in Japan on April 24, 2003, with the European release by Agetec on February 27, 2004. It is unknown which studio developed the game.

A sequel to the 2001 game Simple 1500 Series Vol. 57: The Meiro, and also part of the Simple (Franchise) series of budget games, Maze Action features updated graphics and new mazes, traps, and weapons. It is also the only one in the series to receive an overseas release.

The game features a new story that puts four students of the prestigious Hero Academy in a final examination, where they take part in one-on-one matches of using wits and combat to escape a maze.

  • Lee Barak - An American soldier who is the strongest in the game, despite having the slowest speed.
  • Katie Smith / Nanako Misaki - A Japanese schoolgirl who is the fastest in the game, despite having the weakest power.
  • Andy Shin - A Chinese businessman who is more well-rounded, but has higher stamina.
  • Cindy Trent / Cindy Lucille - A British officewoman who is more well-rounded, but has higher speed.
  • ??? - Final boss.
