MURI is an indie deliberately-retro 2D sci-fi action platformer developed by Remar and published digitally (via Steam (Concept)) by Ludosity for the PC (Platform) on December 6, 2013.

The game aims to recreate the look and feel of early-'90s DOS-based platforming games (particularly Apogee's Duke Nukem (Game)) with a restricted EGA-like 16-color palette, multiple scrolling modes (either authentic 15-FPS or smooth 30-FPS), and audio composed of sounds from PC speakers.

Similar to shareware games of the era, the game features four episodes with the entire first episode as a downloadable demo.
