Inca II, also known in Europe as Inca II: Wiracocha and sometimes known as Inca II: Nations of Immortality, is a surreal sci-fi action-adventure game developed and published by Coktel Vision for DOS PCs in Europe in 1993, with Sierra publishing it in North America in 1994. A CD-i release was planned, but was cancelled prior to release. The sequel to the 1992 game Inca (Game), Inca II is set sometime after El Dorado has re-built the Inca Empire in Machu Picchu, which is under threat from an asteroid under control by the Lord Aguirre and his Spanish forces. After El Dorado's hotheaded son, Prince Atahualpa, inadvertently flared up a war between the two forces, El Dorado must find a way to destroy the asteroid (with help from the mysterious merchant pilot Kelt Cartier). Like the original Inca, the game features a blend of different gameplay genres, including space combat, point-and-click puzzles, and first-person puzzle-adventure. Unlike the original, there is no combat in the first-person segments. The game also now features a wider cast of digitized actors.
