Field Day
Field Day is a multi-sport title in the vein of Konami's Track & Field series.
Overview
Field Day (known in Japan as The Undōkai (The 運動会) or "The Athletic Meet") is a track-and-field game developed and released by Taito for arcades in 1984. Similar to Konami's Track andamp;amp;amp; Field, the game includes seven track-and-field events that are played sequentially (which can be played in multiplayer):
- Ball Toss
- 3-Legged Race
- Bell Ringer
- Obstacle Race
- Softball Throw
- 120-Meter Relay Race
- Tug-O-War
Unlike Track & Field, in which all the athletes are male, Field Day features women athletes.
