GAME » on 1986
A arcade adventure written by Derek Brewster and published by M.A.D. for several 8-bit homecomputers.

Overview

Con-Quest is an icon driven action-adventure written by Derek Brewster (Person) and published by M.A.D. for the 8-bit homecomputers Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64 and ZX Spectrum. The graphics are reminiscent of Atic Atac (Game) and are a mixture of an isometric perspective for the rooms and 2D for the moving single color sprites. The player controls Oscar through the many rooms of his newly acquired haunted castle that is inhabitated by Demon Grell (Character) and his minions. To save his soul from the torment of walking through the fires of Hell for eternity Oscar must evict his unwelcome guests, and the only way he can do that is by searching the castle for objects which give him the power to do so.
