Combat Tanks
Combat Tanks is a game of tank combat. Based on Combat for the Atari 2600, players maneuver a tank around obstacles and destroy a variety of opponents.
Overview
Combat Tanks was developed by two-man team Michael Morrison and Randy Weems. Inspired by Combat (Game) for the Atari 2600 (Platform), their goal was to design an expanded version for the Window platform. Distributed as shareware via their company Red Herring Software, the game eventually sold 30,000 copies through the aid of a larger publisher.
