Plot
Clover no Kuni no Alice has the same plot as Heart no Kuni no Alice, except it takes place in the Country of Clover and the interactions between certain characters are changed.
Characters
Clover no Kuni no Alice has an addition of two new characters: Gray Ringmarc and Pierce Villiers. However, there is no romantic route for Julius Monrey and Merry Gowland.

Like Heart no Kuni no Alice, it has a manga adaptation with four volumes. The two main stories are the Bloody Twins (focuses on Alice's relationship with Tweedle Dee and Dum) and Cheshire Cat (focuses on Alice's relationship with Boris Airay).
